Araki Soba

A building with thatched atmosphere in an old-fashioned cityscape. It seems that this area is Soba Kaido, and there are many other soba restaurants. We visited on weekdays, but the parking lot and seats in the store were almost full. We had "Araki soba set" which is thin, miso of herring and seasonal vegetables. The buckwheat noodles are thick and long, and the scent is chewy. The boiled herring and vegetables were also delicious. Thank you for the meal.
